Sovereignty Expanded, Indigenous Geographies of the Contemporary American West Conference at Pitzer College

This weekend we had the pleasure of attending “Sovereignty Expanded, Indigenous Geographies of the Contemporary American West”, at Pitzer College. Elizabeth Kahn spoke on a panel called “Narratives of Sovereignty” along with Terria Smith and Pamela Peters. We then experienced Hans Baumann’s exhibit: 5 Distillations (Salton Sea) at the Lezner Family Art Gallery on campus. We are grateful for both Hans Baumann and Pitzer College for inviting us to participate in this important conference.
