RBMVE Biographical Note: n/a
Scope and Content: Contains motion picture films relating to the Ford Motor Company. RBMVE Director, Ansel Hall, arranged a cooperative relationship with Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company donated brand new vehicles to the RBMVE in exchange for advertising opportunities depicting Ford vehicles performing in the rugged Southwest landscape. In 1936 Ford Motor Company photographer and filmmaker, Edward W. Flickinger, and media correspondent, Thomas R. Perry, joined the RBMVE in order to get film footage, photographs, and develop narratives for advertisements, which culminated in a short film entitled, “Adventure Bound!”
