2018 Art Center Residency Awarded to The ONWARD Project!

This summer, The ONWARD Project, Land Artist Hans Baumann, Archaeologist and Consultant Ron Maldonado and VFX Designer Eric Hanson collaborate to join the Media Design Practices at Art Center College of Design to work on Indigenous Autonomy: A Virtual Frontier for Southwest Sovereigns. The team was awarded the MDP’s annual Summer Design Residency by a jury that included W.F. Umi Hsu, Benjamin Bratton, Ilona Gaynor, and Elise Co. The results of the residency will be shared in a public exhibition and events in August 2018.
